The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. It was convenient! the room was super clean, and the housekeeping team ensured every detail was addressed. i also enjoyed the rooftop pool that offered fine views. dining options were delicious, with many choices available.
the wifi connection was sometimes unreliable, made working remotely a bit challenging. i hope they improve the internet service .

amazing stay!

room upgrade spacious desk helpful staff
I was thrilled with the room upgrade. It was a beautiful king room. i appreciated the working desk. It had enough space for my laptop and all my papers (perfect for organizing!). the staff was very helpful, especially with directions.
the elevators were sometimes a little slow.

my room was clean. the room was spacious and well kept (i really liked the layout!). the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool even during the hottest part of the day.

The hotel gym has a good selection of equipment, including several treadmills and weight machines. i used the pool area and it had plenty of loungers. i really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Breakfast was great!

slow check-in strange odor
The check-in process was slow. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and I waited longer than expected (it reminded me of ages) to get my room key. The One Bedroom Suite I booked had a strange odor upon arrival. It smelled like stale smoke, despite being a non-smoking room, quite disappointing.

check-in was quick and easy with the front desk staff. contactless payment options were available at checkout. i received sanitized room keys at my arrival.
the hotel room had some small stains on the carpet, nothing major.

amazing stay with burj khalifa views!

easy check-in contactless payment hallway lighting generous working desk
the front desk staff made check-in very easy. contactless payment options were available at checkout. i especially loved that the hotel featured pathway lighting near the floor in hallways, a great safety feature. the working desk in my room gave me enough space to organize my laptop and all my materials.
my one small issue was that i spotted a cockroach in the bathroom.

I was amazed by the overall service. The staff was friendly and co-operative . mr mena, the manager, along with ms. darlene and suvas from housekeeping offered really good service. their dedication is very evident.

the location was convenient with the metro station just steps away (very handy for getting around!). the room featured an executive twin arrangement.

the working desk gave a lot of space. i could organize my laptop and papers easily. this helped when i was working on a client proposal.
the room wasn't cleaned very well when i arrived. the front office staff seemed stressed. the housekeeping staff seemed to try, but communication was lacking.
